Meet Gemma: The ‘Go Rogue’ Coach
Gemma is a transformational business and executive coach with a rare blend of entrepreneurial grit, strategic vision, emotional intelligence, and creative flair; empowering purpose-driven professionals to break free from unfulfilling careers and build meaningful, values-led businesses.
Her entrepreneurial journey began after a corporate career in Logistics and Finance; and then several years travelling and living in South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand. She returned to the UK determined to help the Environment, and retrained as a Spatial Designer, specialising in Environmental Design.
Gemma appeared on BBC’s Dragons’ Den in 2011 where she and her business partner secured an investment offer from Theo Paphitis for their circular garden building concept, the ‘O-Pod’.
Soon-after, she was designing Rotunda, her own firm; and it's pioneering range of circular eco-buildings. Over a decade, she scaled the business from zero, building a exceptional brand which delivered over 150 bespoke structures across the UK and Europe.
Her first, and most dedicated investor-shareholder was her
mentor; the late Dawn Gibbins MBE, featured on Channel 4'S Secret Millionaire, co-founder of the international flooring brand 'Flowcrete'. A spiritual minister, television personality and globally recognised entrepreneur. Dawn passed away on the 22nd of February 2022. The loss of Dawn's guiding light promoted Gemma to exit from the business. Still drawing wisdom from Dawn, she decided to become a guiding light for others instead. This, Dawn taught her, is how we lead most effectively.
Gemma's experience in growing a niche manufacturing business from concept to exit, gives her rare and practical insight into what it truly takes to build a values-driven, commercially viable enterprise.
But her mission goes beyond business. For her, entrepreneurship is more than a career path; it’s a route to freedom, impact, and creative fulfilment.
Her coachees benefit from her expertise in brand-building, ethical sales, marketing, and strategic planning, alongside a deep commitment to soul-led leadership.

Gemma has worked with numerous coaches in the past. She's seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Some were a great fit. Others were terrible. Her most recent coach, Nick Williams was integral to her breaking free from her comfort zone to focus on her writing, speaking and coaching career. As a passionate advocate of self-development and life long learning, Gemma has graduated from Seth Godin's AltMBA Leadership Course which has enabled her to further develop her skills as a coach. Let's just say, Gemma has been on both sides of the table and understands what seperates a great coach from a mediocre one. You're in safe hands.
