Gemma is a designer, specialising in environmental design, and appeared on BBC’s Dragons’ Den, where she and her business partner secured an offer from Theo Paphitis for an eco-building concept, called O-Pod. 

This was the start of decade-long project, called Rotunda. A circular eco-building concept, delivering 150+ bespoke structures across the UK and Europe. 

All from the kitchen table, as a single mum on income support.

What defines success:  Gemma's late mentor, and seed-fund investor Dawn Gibbins MBE, taught her that true leadership isn’t about doing more. It’s about working hard to elevate those around you. Dawn's passing in 2022 signalled an end of an era, for Gemma.  She exited from her beloved Roundhouse business in order to write, home educate her children and guide others who are embarking on the journey of entrepreneurship.

When Gemma isn't coaching, she's out walking the dog, spending time with her children, reading, creating art or working on her second book "Fearless", due for release in February by DLT Publishing House.
